Oproep: Vul de enquête in!
De Europese auteursrechtwet wordt op dit moment geëvalueerd. Dat klinkt misschien droog, maar het raakt je direct: de beslissingen die nú worden genomen, bepalen jouw positie als beeldmaker voor de komende jaren. De Federatie Beeldrechten, waar de BBK deel van uitmaakt, wil jouw ervaringen meenemen in dat proces. Daarvoor hebben we jou nodig.
Wat speelt er? AI verandert het vak snel. Je merkt het misschien zelf: opdrachten komen anders binnen, klanten stellen andere eisen, je werkwijze verschuift. Dat heeft gevolgen voor je inkomen én je auteursrecht.
Waarom deze enquête? We weten dat je al veel enquêtes voorbij ziet komen. Toch vragen we je om mee te doen — want hoe meer beeldmakers zich uitspreken, hoe sterker ons signaal richting Europa. Ook op het specifieke onderwerp van auteursrecht.
De enquête duurt 10 tot 15 minuten en is volledig anoniem.

The European DSM Directive (European law for Copyright) is currently under review. That may sound abstract, but it affects you directly: the decisions being made now will shape your position as a visual creator for years to come. The Federation of Visual Rights, of which the BBK is a member, wants to include your experiences in this process. To do that, we need your input.
What’s going on? AI is rapidly changing the field. You may already be noticing it yourself: commissions come in differently, clients have new expectations, and your way of working is shifting. This has consequences for your income as well as your copyright.
Why this survey? We know you are asked to fill out many surveys. Still, we ask you to take part—because the more visual creators who speak up, the stronger our signal to Europe will be, especially on the specific issue of copyright.
